COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR SERVICES
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOUR NEXT SERVICE.
Masks are required to be worn by guests and staff. Please make sure that your mask loops behind your ears and not behind your head. This leaves your hair accessible to your stylist during your service. If you are receiving color services, it is a good idea to bring a back-up mask. *IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MASK, we will have some available for purchase.
Each guest must complete and pass a health screen at check-in. This includes a temperature check and questionnaire.
Upon entering, we ask that you immediately use the hand sanitizer that is available at the salon entrance.
We will be minimizing the waiting area to one guest at a time. We ask that once you arrive, please wait outside until the guest inside leaves. We will let you know when your stylist is ready for your service. Please be on time.
SERVICES, RETAIL AND PAYMENT
All services are by appointment only. Please do not bring anyone with you that is not receiving a service. We will reserve every appointment with a credit card. This will be your form of payment. No cash or checks will be accepted. Check-out procedures will be hands-free. Any retail products will be retrieved, disinfected, and placed in bags by staff.
Please limit what you bring into the salon. You will be given a plastic bag and required to keep all your belongings in while you are here for your service
In this first phase of reopening, Blow drying is going to be kept at a minimum if at all. We are doing this to keep air flow controlled in the salon to avoid any encounters or spreading of COVID-19 as well as getting people in and out as efficiently as possible.

Our Cancellation Policy (CURRENTLY INACTIVE DUE TO COVID-19)
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, our wait listed clients miss the opportunity to take advantage of the openings and our stylist lose out on income important to their livelihood. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance in the hopes that with any last minute schedule changes, the Benefit team can accommodate accordingly. Due to the personal connection between you and your service provider, a Cancellation and No Show fee will apply to ensure this continued relationship.
”No Shows” will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount
Cancellations of appointments within 12 hours of the service time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Benefit accepts Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cash & Check. Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered, however we will do everything in our power to correct any issues that may arise within 1 week of the original service.
