24 Hour Cancellation Policy
You may change or cancel your haircut appointment by either speaking with
us on the phone or emailing us 24 hrs prior to your appointment time.
COLOR & EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
You may change or cancel your color, chemical or extension appointment by either speaking with
us on the phone or emailing us 48 hrs prior to your appointment time.
Leaving a voice message WILL NOT qualify as a valid cancellation request, please email us as a notice of your request.
Cancellations or changes made less than the requested 24 or 48 hrs in advance based on the service will be charged 50% of the service fee.
SERVICE "NO SHOWS" APPOINTMENTS
A 50% service fee will be charged to all no shows.
Benefit accepts Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cash & Check. Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered, however we will do everything in our power to correct any issues that may arise within 1 week of the original service.
