CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

Cancelation Policy:

Benefit Salon  enforces a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Without proper notice of cancellation, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Please understand this policy is in effect to support and respect our talented stylists and their time here at the salon.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

No-show's will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Clients who cancel more than twice will be required to submit a deposit up to 100% of the total cost of services requested when booking future appointments, at stylist discretion. This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the services reserved. Any remaining balance will be due during the appointment booked.

Return / Refund Policy: 
If you have any concerns with your initial service at Benefit we ask that you contact the salon within 2 business days. While we do not issue refunds for services rendered we will make every effort to make adjustments to your satisfaction. You may reschedule with the stylist who performed the initial service or another stylist of your choice or level. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost if you reach out within the two days of the initial service. 

Product refunds: Please return product within 10 days for a full refund.
